That’s why we share with you a recipe for a delicious breakfast that contains all the nutrients your brain needs when you travel and work at the same time. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day to boost your energy levels and attention span.

Ingredients (for 1 person):

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 10 almonds
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 5 – 10 strawberries
  • Cinnamon to taste

How to prepare:

Boil the oats with the water, flaxseed and raisins. Cut the banana into slices and add to the pot. Cook over low heat until all the water is absorbed. Add more water if necessary. Cut the almonds and strawberries into smaller pieces. Serve the oatmeal in a bowl and add the peanut butter, almonds, strawberries and cinnamon to taste.
