Ingredientes

  • (preferably from the garden or other organic origin):
  • Hibiscus flower (5-10 flowers): Gently activates the body and prepares the stomach to receive food.
  • Rosemary (one size): Helps concentration, mobilises ideas and energy. Brings freshness to the infusion.
  • Lemongrass (20 leaves): Inspires joy and sweetens your morning.
  • Optional: you can sweeten your infusion with sweet plants from the garden or organic honey.

Preparation:

Boil a litre of water. Once it is boiling, remove the water from the heat and add the herbs. Cover and let it brew for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy the smell and the colours of the infusion. Drink it calmly and feel the benefits.
